A Beautiful Mess was a pop-up/event for the brand Lemons on Fire. This was an opportunity for customers to take a journey through the brand’s history and get to know the creative visionary behind the brand in the process.

A look inside the world of Lemons on Fire

Presented with the challenge of creating an experience that is engaging and memorable in a small space; our solution was to hit on every sense. We spent months working on a brand identity discovery. We wanted to figure out how to let customers into the world of Lemons on Fire. Marrying the solution while staying true to the brand’s style was key. I experimented and tested different scents, and curated cocktails. The DJ was chosen by the brand owner. The elements of touch in the space were interactive tiles and the pile of clothing. The clothing was different pieces from other LOF pop-ups in different cities, pieces that were samples, and pieces that were imperfect or not properly constructed. This interactive piece gave so much life to the space. Customers were able to have a physical look through the history of LOF, including the very first pair of pants that they made.
