Our new build clients work with us from concept development, all the way through the building of the home. The designers and I, take the customers shopping for all of the pieces of their home. Appliances, countertops, cabinetry, fixture selection, tile etc. The designer takes all of these concepts and decisions and builds a construction book that contains all of the clients selections. I then would take architectural plans and the designers concepts to create 3D models. The client then reviews the work and we edit accordingly. Once the client is happy with the designs, we bring them to the fabricators for quoting and creation. These designs are helpful for the client to be able to pull all of the different things that they have choose, and see them in one space.
